Awarded the Wisconsin Legal Innovator of the Year Award for 2019

Attorney Ili J. Subhan of Subhan Law Office, LLC, was awarded the Wisconsin Legal Innovator of the Year Award for 2019 by the State Bar of Wisconsin.

Through the “That’s a Fine Idea: Legal Innovation Wisconsin” initiative, the State Bar recognizes legal professionals who are transforming the profession.

The State Bar of Wisconsin selected Attorney Subhan for his innovative business model that integrates an on-demand learning platform, focused on helping U.S. citizens and their foreign spouses apply for marriage green cards.

Attorney Subhan has created a first of its kind on-demand learning center which walks clients step by step on how to apply for a marriage green card, all on-demand.

Within the on-demand learning center, clients watch videos on-demand to learn what documents they need to file, how to use the client portal to upload their documents, how we prepare the immigration forms, what to expect after filing, what to expect at the marriage green card interview, and how to schedule a mock interview with us.

Clients are also provided with templates, guides, and other helpful resources within the e-learning environment. They have access to all the information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on-demand.

As one judge states, “Atty. Subhan has created a good solution to some of the challenges with the immigration process and expense of attorneys.” And, another states, “this is a great wat to help clients in the area of immigration. I like that he has the information accessible 24 hours a day – when clients need it, not when the lawyer is available. Very innovative.”

Attorney Subhan is honored and privileged to be the recipient of this esteemed award.
