  • An E-2 Visa/Status allows you to start a business, invest in a franchise, or purchase an existing business in the USA. E-2 visas are granted up to 5 years and may be renewed indefinitely. You must be from a treaty country, invest a substantial amount of capital, own at least 50%, and earn more than a marginal income.

  • L-1 Multinational Executive or Manager Visa/Status Eligibility

    Let’s confirm that you are eligible to apply for a L-1 intracompany transferee visa/status with Subhan Law Office, LLC. Answer a few simple questions to determine your eligibility.
  • An L-1 Visa/Status allows you to transfer from a foreign company to a U.S. branch, affiliate, or subsidiary. L-1 visas are granted up to 2 years at a time and may be renewed for a total of 7 years. The L-1A is for executives/managers and the L-1B is for specialized knowledge workers. If setting up a new office, then the visa is granted for one year. The type of business may be completely different from the foreign company. For example, a manufacturing company could own a restaurant. L-1 offers a pathway to a green card.

  • EB-5 Immigrant Investor Visa Eligibility

  • An E-5 Visa allows you to invest a minimum of $900,000 into a regional center or $1.8 million into a direct investment. You must create 10 full-time jobs within 2 years. If you do not have the funds for an EB-5, you may consider an E-2 visa. If you are not from a treaty country, we can help you gain citizenship in a treaty country and qualify for an E-2 as well. You may be able to convert an E-2 investment to an EB-5. The EB-5 qualifies you for legal permanent residency within the U.S. also known as a green card. The green card is granted initially for 2 years and then 10 years upon renewals.
